It’s simple to place orders at Horsemilkery de Lage Wierde:

How can I return my article?

Please request a return form by e-mail, print it and fill in as many details as possible. Include the return form and a copy of your purchasing invoice in the return package. Seal the package carefully and take it to your local post office. After sending your package, your return application will be processed.

Damaged / Wrongly delivered
If you wish to return an article or articles due to them being damaged or due to an error by Horsemilkery de Lage Wierde, please contact our service staff.   • Please remember to return complete articles (including all accessory items). Returned articles will only be accepted in their own original state and, if reasonably possible, in the original packaging. We therefore advise you to always store all items carefully.
